Salary rise best stimulus to change jobs
In our recent web survey we questioned 315 surfers about their motivation to possibly switch jobs. For no less than 44% the primary reason for changing jobs would be a salary increase. Only in the second place, with 33%, comes the motivation to take on a new professional challenge content wise. Less important reasons to switch jobs could be having more interesting working hours (10%) or living closer to work (13%).
